Palmer & PhelanThe Palmer House, Midtown

These historic condominiums, located in Midtown, are actually two separate buildings which are considered as one Association. Each was originally built as an apartment building by the Phelan family. The Palmer house apartments were built in 1907 and the Phelan Court Apartments were built in 1915. The Palmer House reflects more of a Victorian style of architecture, while Phelan Court reflects the Georgian Revival style homes.
